We collect account details, workspace membership information, project configuration, and product usage needed to provide Rankato. Connected integrations are used only for the scopes you authorize.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the service, run requested audits and reports, enforce workspace permissions and quotas, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell workspace data.
Sharing and retention
Service providers process data only to deliver infrastructure, billing, communications, or a connected feature. We retain data for as long as the account or a legitimate operational need requires, subject to applicable law and your workspace settings.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support through your workspace or emailing privacy@rankato.com.
