Print multiple PDF pages per sheet

Save paper and ink by combining 2, 4, 6, or 9 pages into each output page. Great for booklets, print previews, and quick reference sheets.

N-up layout squishes multiple source pages into each output page — 2-up puts two source pages side-by-side, 4-up puts them in a 2×2 grid, and so on. It's the standard way to print booklets, save paper on drafts, or produce compact reference cards. The tool preserves the source PDFs' vector content, so text stays crisp even at reduced size.

Layout options

Standard grids: 2-up (1×2 or 2×1), 4-up (2×2), 6-up (2×3 or 3×2), 9-up (3×3). Pick paper size (A4, Letter, Legal) and orientation. The tool auto-fits each source page into its cell while preserving aspect ratio.

Page order patterns

Sequential: pages 1,2,3,4 fill cells in reading order. Booklet: pages arranged for two-sided printing so folding produces a bound booklet (n,1,2,n-1 pattern). Reverse: for special binding scenarios. The preview shows exact placement before you commit.

Bleed and margins

Set outer margins and inter-page gutters. Add optional cut marks and page numbers to each cell. For print-shop workflows, add bleed so full-page graphics extend past the trim line.
