How we compute status-code drift

Status drift compares 4xx and 5xx hits per URL between the last 7 days and the preceding 28 days. `delta_pct` is `(week1 - week4) / week4 × 100` — capped at +100 for URLs that saw no errors in the earlier window.
Higher drift = newly-appearing error patterns Googlebot is hitting. Ideal signal for catching a broken redirect or a canonical-loop introduced by a recent release.
