How Often Does Rankato Refresh Data?# Link to this article

It depends on the source. Audits run when you start them; rankings and backlink checks run on your plan's schedule; Google data arrives with Google's own delay.

Site Audit# Link to this section

On demand. An audit reflects the crawl that produced it and does not refresh on its own. Scheduled recurring audits are available depending on plan.

Rank Tracker# Link to this section

On a recurring schedule set by your plan. Newly added keywords get an immediate first check, then join the normal cycle. Each position carries its own collection timestamp.

Google Search Console# Link to this section

Imported regularly, but Google publishes the underlying data on a two-to-three day delay. The most recent days are always incomplete — this is Google's behaviour, not Rankato's.

Google Analytics 4# Link to this section

Imported regularly; GA4 typically makes data available within a day and continues reprocessing it briefly afterwards.

The default corpus is rebuilt periodically. Individual links carry a "last verified" date from Rankato's own crawler, which is the more precise number to rely on.

Indexing# Link to this section

Submissions are processed as queued. Index status is re-checked on a recurring schedule.

The general rule# Link to this section

Every figure in Rankato shows when it was collected. If you want to know how fresh something is, read its freshness label rather than assuming a global refresh rate — there isn't one, because the sources genuinely differ.
