What Happens When a Monthly Limit Is Reached?# Link to this article
Work that would exceed an allowance is refused before it starts, not part-way through. Everything you have already collected stays fully available to read and export.
Rankato checks your allowance before beginning metered work. If there is not enough left, the action is declined up front with a clear message naming which allowance is exhausted.

When it resets# Link to this section
Monthly allowances reset at the start of the calendar month in UTC. The usage panel shows the exact reset timestamp.
Options before the reset# Link to this section
- Upgrade. A plan change applies immediately and the new allowance is available at once.
- Reprioritise. Reduce audit page limits, or pause tracked keywords you are not acting on, so the remaining allowance goes where it matters.
- Wait. If the work is not urgent, the reset restores everything.
Rankato never continues metered work past an allowance and bills you for it afterwards. A limit is a limit.
